Common questions
What counts as a transaction?
A receipt, supplier invoice, sales invoice, bank transfer, card payment, payroll entry, refund, or adjustment. One ledger entry = one transaction.
What is the over-limit fee?
IDR 20,000 per extra transaction.
How do I send receipts?
Forward photos or PDFs to our WhatsApp number. Suggested format: Receipt, Date, Vendor, Amount, Purpose.
When are monthly reports delivered?
Documents due by the 3rd. Books completed by the 10th. Reports delivered by the 15th of each month.
Do you handle tax filing or payroll?
No. We focus on monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and Xero reporting. We are happy to refer trusted partners for tax, payroll, and legal.
Do I need to already use Xero?
No. We set up Xero for you as part of onboarding. If you already have a Xero org, we will request access.
